
Maggi no longer make their sweet chilli, ginger and lemongrass sauce, however you could drizzle your burrito with a standard chilli sauce.

- Place chicken in a bowl and add infusion paste, stir to combine
- Slice onion, capsicum and cucumber, put aside
- Heat oil in fry pan over medium-high heat, place half the chicken in pan. Cook until brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towel. Repeat
- To assemble burrito, lay tortillas on benchtop, spread a small dollop of sour cream in the center of each burrito, add cheese, chicken, drizzle over finishing sauce then top with cucumber, capsicum and onion
- Roll tortilla up from the bottom, then fold over each side to enclose
- Enjoy
