Ingredients

  • Meatballs
  • 2kg mince
  • 2 cups plain bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Sauce
  • 1 Green capsicum
  • 1 x425g can pineapple and juice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup worchestire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour to the sauce mixture

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Meatballs
  3. Mix ingredients together and form into balls.
  4. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly greased baking dish.
  5. Sauce
  6. Combine all ingredients and pour over meatballs.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
  8. Serve with vegetables.
