Garlic Chicken Panko Strips

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3/4 cup panko
  • 1/4 cup freshly parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 500g chicken tenderloins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Line baking tray with baking paper
  3. Melt butter in microwave
  4. Add garlic to melted butter, stir
  5. In a glad ziplock bag combine panko and cheese
  6. Roll tenderlions in butter mixture, than place a few pieces into ziplock bag, shake. Continue with all tenderloin pieces
  7. Sprinkle remaining panko mixture onto tenderloins
  8. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes
