Slow Cooker Chicken and Bacon Casserole

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 short-cut bacon rashers, diced
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 420g condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into slow cooker, stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. Add chicken to a bowl and spoon additional cooking sauce over the top.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice.

Notes

Add additional vegetables such as carrots, potato, celery, peas, beans, potato etc at step one, if desired.
