sesame lamb rissoles

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g lamb mince
  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl
  2. Use your fingers to combine and form 10 rissoles
  3. Heat a lightly greased frying pan on high-medium
  4. Cook each rissole or 4 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through
  5. Drain on a paper towel and serve
