Ingredients
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a bowl
- Use your fingers to combine and form 10 rissoles
- Heat a lightly greased frying pan on high-medium
- Cook each rissole or 4 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through
- Drain on a paper towel and serve
