This is a delicious rissole recipe that is perfect for a quick weeknight meal. This recipe only makes 10 rissoles, my family wanted more so next time I am going to double it and any left overs can be put on a bread roll for school lunches the next day.

Yum! Love a good rissole! I like putting smoky paprika in my burgers and rissoles – but that might just be a phase! I’ve been adding it to lots of things recently. Poor Mrs Romance.
I also like to add finely chopped parsley and rosemary….but then again I’d most likely add in diced capsicum and shredded carrot as well…any way I can sneak in extra vegies!
capsicum, carrot and parsley are a great idea Anne!
I also like to add grated vegies including carrot, zucchini, capsicum… Worcestershire sauce is also good and my secret ingredient is a large dollop of ricotta.
Sound great but serves 5??? We are a family of four and when we have rissoles I have to use 1 kilo.
