Ingredients

  • 125g butter
  • 125ml cream
  • 250g brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
  • Pinch pink salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl and cook 7 min / varoma / speed 2 / MC off.
  2. Allow to cool and store in a steralised jar in the fridge.
