- 10 cups popcorn
- 100g salted butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 40g golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, extra
Instructions
- Place cooked popcorn into bowl
- Heat butter, sugar, syrup and 1 teaspoon salt in a medium saucepan, over medium – high heat until boiling.
- Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour sauce over popcorn, mix to coat
- Sprinkle with remaining salt.
- Serve.
