Ingredients
- 1kg beef, diced
- 2 onions, cut into wedges
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into slow cooker, stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir occasionally.
- Add beef to a bowl and spoon additional cooking sauce over the top.
- Serve with mashed potato.
Notes
Add additional vegetables such as snap peas, celery, capsicum, beans etc at step one, if desired.
Add additional herbs such as smoked paprika or thyme to boost flavour.
