Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cooked pumpkin, mashed
  • 250ml of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250ml plain flour
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • 250ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 160ml melted butter
  • Cinnamon sugar, to serve

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C, fan forced.
  2. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, cream, milk and vanilla essence together.
  3. Add melted butter.
  4. Add cooked and mashed pumpkin.
  5. Pour into a large oven safe dish (it’s very runny and that’s normal).
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar over the top.
  8. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  9. Enjoy warm.
