Pecan Coconut Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g butter
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 tlb golden syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups wholemeal SR Flour
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 150C
  2. Melt butter in saucepan
  3. Remove from heat and add sugar, syrup and egg
  4. Stir to combine
  5. Add coconut, flour and pecans
  6. Roll into small balls, place on greased oven trays
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden
  8. Allow to sit on trays for 5 minutes, then cool on baking trays
