Method
- Preheat the oven to 200c
- Cut potatoes into wedges, add to bowl
- Pour oil over potatoes, toss to coat well
- Combine the Parmesan, garlic, and paprika, in a jug
- Add the cheese mixture to the potatoes, stir to coat
- Place potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer. Do not overlap
- Bake for 20 minutes, turn over all the potatoes and bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until golden.

Oh YUMMO!!!! Cooking these tonight and adding them to the left over roast beef from last night. 🙂
