Parmasen crusted potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium potatoes peeled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges, add to bowl
  3. Pour oil over potatoes, toss to coat well
  4. Combine the Parmesan, garlic, and paprika, in a jug
  5. Add the cheese mixture to the potatoes, stir to coat
  6. Place potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer. Do not overlap
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, turn over all the potatoes and bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until golden.

Notes

We like alot of garlic, you may wish to reduce the the amount used to suit your taste.
