Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (or seasoning of your choice)
  • 5 pieces of white fish fillets (e.g., Barramundi)
  • 12 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Place flour and seasoning into a resealable bag.
  2. Seal the bag and shake to combine.
  3. Add one fish fillet to the bag, seal it, and gently shake to coat the fillet in flour.
  4. Remove the fillet, shaking off any excess flour.
  5. Repeat with the remaining fillets.
  6. Melt butter in a frypan over medium heat.
  7. Add fillets and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
