Best banana bread ever! Love this recipe!
Love this, super easy recipe! I only used half the sugar and substituted half of the plain flour for wholemeal. My young daughter is Type I Diabetic, so this is a little more friendly for her. Even my son who ‘doesn’t eat cake’ came back for seconds! Thanks so much for sharing! 🙂
Love this! So easy to make, everybody loved it! Used half wholemeal flour and a little less sugar, perfect!!
yum, sounds nice and healthy Elizabeth, can never go past a delicious warm banana bread!
YUM! Just made one for school lunches, so quick and easy – I left out the sugar and put in 2 tblsp of Natvia. It got eaten by my hungry family straight away, so another one is in the oven now for school!
This is my go to banana bread recipe! Today I accodently forgot the butter and its still just as good ??
that’s really good to know Kate, so it wasn’t too dry?
This is my go to recipe now! I’ve varied it slightly as time goes on by adding in half a bar of dark chocolate and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Goes down a treat at work and bake sales!
love it and the addition of vanilla is a good idea!!
The recipe is not showing up I a
Only used it the other week
