- 1/2 cup SR flour
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup Milo
- 1/2 cup dark choc chips
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 125g butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C, fan forced.
- Grease a slice tin and line with baking paper.
- Place all ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix together until combined.
- Press mixture into tin.
- Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Rest on the pan for 5 minutes, very carefully turn onto a wire rack to cool completely.
