Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup SR flour
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup Milo
  • 1/2 cup dark choc chips
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125g butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C, fan forced.
  2. Grease a slice tin and line with baking paper.
  3. Place all ingredients into a bowl.
  4. Mix together until combined.
  5. Press mixture into tin.
  6. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  7. Rest on the pan for 5 minutes, very carefully turn onto a wire rack to cool completely.
