Description

This delicious Milo and Coconut Cookie recipe is simple and easy to make and great for an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 egg
  • 125g butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons milo

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C, fan forced.
  2. Line two baking trays with baking paper or silicone mat.
  3. Add flour, caster sugar, coconut, milo and chocolate chips in a bowl. Stir.
  4. Add butter, egg and vanilla into bowl. Mix well.
  5. Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball, and place on a baking tray, leaving room for biscuits to expand.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
  7. Rest on the pan for 5 minutes, and turn onto a wire rack to cool completely.
