I now make bliss balls each week, to have on hand as a healthy snack for the whole family and something to put in the kids lunchboxes. Depending on my mood I add the coconut into the ball or I roll the ball in the coconut. For this recipe I chose to have it in the ball.
Chocolate and Nut Bliss Balls
These do have nuts in them, so depending on your child’s school policies you may not be able to add them to their lunchbox. Our school allows all food.
