I was cleaning out the pantry and found some uneaten left over candy canes. I’m not a fan of the kids eating a lot of sweets and it didn’t feel right to throw so many out, so together we crushed the remaining canes and made these most delicious Chocolate Candy Cane Cookies. The batter of this cookie was absolutely heavenly (yes I had to stick my finger in and have a try 😉 ) and the cookies were even better. This could easily be adapted through the year with nuts or white chocolate.

Sounds Yummy, i have a few mini candy canes left here and they are so cheap atm i am thinking if the kids like them i might pick up another packet or two to use.
Could also used boiled lollies throughout the year.
Thanks for the recipe… time to try out the kids new cooking supplies that they got for Christmas.
