Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bottle Paul Newmans, Ranch Dressing
- Lettuce
- Carrot, grated
- Cheese, grated
- Cucumber, diced
- Capsicum, diced
- Tomato, chopped
- 1/2 packet Corn chips, crushed
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into bowl, stir and serve immediately so chips don’t go soggy.
Notes
depending on the size of your salad you could add more chips, 1/2 packet is enough for a family, full packet if serving large salad at a BBQ
