What are Maryland pieces of Chicken?

Katherine Maryland pieces of Chicken can be purchased from any Chicken shop or Woolworths and/or Coles. Usually Chicken Thighs, Drumsticks etc. The meat usually has a bone in it. This is the meat of the Chicken that can take cooking in the Crock Pot for 6 hours. Not the Breast as this can go dry. The recipe looks good.

This was not nice. It tasted like apricot chicken, if I wanted apricot chicken I would have just made that. It was bland and not tasty at all. Wouldn’t make it again.

Hi there, Could I use chicken breasts to make this?

Yes I’m sure you could. I would drastically reduce the cooking time though, as you wouldn’t have the bone in the meat.
