Ingredients
Scale
- 100g rock salt
- 250g water
- 1 tablespoon cream of tartar
- 250g plain flour
- 15g olive oil
- 1 teaspoon food colouring
Instructions
- Add rock salt to bowl mix for 10 sec / speed 9 scrape down side of bowl
- Add in water and cream of tartar mix 5 min / temp 60 / speed 3
- Add flour, oil and desired colouring (leave colouring till last if you want to divide mixture and make several colours) 40 sec / speed 4
- Then knead 1 min / close lid/ knead
- Remove from bowl and have fun!!
