- 40g dark chocolate
- 120g sugar
- 40g cornflour
- 800g milk
Instructions
- Place chocolate and sugar in bowl for 5 sec / speed 8
- Scrap side of bowl
- Add milk and cornflour, cook 90deg / 9 minutes / speed 4
- Pour into a bowl or individual serving containers and cover with cling wrap, ensure the cling wrap touches the surface of the mixture (this will prevent a skin from forming)
- Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours or until set
