- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 4 tablespoons cornflour
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 800ml milk
Instructions
- Add 300ml to a jug, sift in cocoa and cornflour, stir to combine
- Pour remaining milk and sugar into a saucepan, bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring often
- When milk is at a gentle boil, lower heat and add chocolate mixture
- Whisk for approximately 5-8 minutes or until it thickens
- Pour into a bowl or individual serving containers and cover with cling wrap, ensure the cling wrap touches the surface of the mixture (this will prevent a skin from forming)
- Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours or until set
- Eat within 3 days
