{Gluten Free} Chewy Muesli Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups gluten free muesli food for health life food
  • 1/4 cup yellow box honey
  • 2 Tablespoon Flora light margarine melted
  • 2 egg whites
  • cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven 180C
  2. Line slice sized tin
  3. Add margarine and honey, mix well
  4. Add egg whites and whisk till well combined
  5. Pour over muesli combine well
  6. Pour mix into tin
  7. Bake 25-30 min till golden brown
  8. Leave to cool, cut into slices

Notes

Not suitable for freezing

Hi just tried making these and it didn’t stick together, could my eggs have been too small or is using normal rolled oats the wrong thing?
