Freezable cookie dough

Ingredients
  

  • 220 g butter room temp
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tblspoon golden syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Beat butter, sugar and syrup until creamy
  2. Mix in flour, oats, baking powder & choc chips.
  3. Mix well & roll into logs, wrap into glad wrap and freeze.
  4. Slice log, bake at 180 for 12 minutes.

I shared this recipe on my Back to School webinar today. I haven’t ever visited your site to tell you how much I like this recipe for school lunches. It’s so quick and with the oats, is at least better than pre-packaged cookies for a sugar hit. Thanks Katrina!
