Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 tbs cajun seasoning (or seasoning of your choice)
  • 5 pieces white fish fillets (ie, we use Barramundi)
  • 12 tbs butter

Instructions

  1. Place flour and seasoning into a glad bag
  2. Seal bag, shake to combine
  3. Cut larger fillets in half (see note)
  4. Add 1 fish fillet, seal bag, gently shake to evenly coat in flour
  5. Remove fillet from bag shaking fillet to remove excess flour
  6. Repeat process with remainder fillets
  7. Melt butter in frypan over medium heat
  8. Add fillets
  9. Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes or until browned and cooked through

Notes

I usually buy 3 fish fillets and cut 2 in half which is an ample size piece for the kids and I.
