Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 420g pre-prepared meatballs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 420g Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 350g dried spaghetti pasta
  • 100g baby spinach leaves
  • 40g parmesan, shaved

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti following packet instructions, drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the meatballs, shaking the pan occasionally to ensure they brown evenly, for about 5 minutes or until golden all over.
  4. Add pasta sauce and water to the pan, stir to combine and bring to a simmer
  5. Cook for 5 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  6. Add the spaghetti and spinach to the meatball mixture, and stir through.
  7. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
