- 420g pre-prepared meatballs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 420g Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 350g dried spaghetti pasta
- 100g baby spinach leaves
- 40g parmesan, shaved
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti following packet instructions, drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the meatballs, shaking the pan occasionally to ensure they brown evenly, for about 5 minutes or until golden all over.
- Add pasta sauce and water to the pan, stir to combine and bring to a simmer
- Cook for 5 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Add the spaghetti and spinach to the meatball mixture, and stir through.
- Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
