Quick Spaghetti and Meatballs


  • 420g pre-prepared meatballs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 420g jar tomato and Basil Sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 350g dried spaghetti pasta
  • 100g baby spinach leaves
  • 40g parmesan, shaved


  1. Cook spaghetti following packet instructions, drain
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat
  3. Cook the meatballs, shaking the pan occasionally to cook evenly, for 5 mins or until browned
  4. Add pasta sauce and water to pan, stir to combine and bring to a simmer
  5. Cook for 5 mins or until the meatballs are cooked through
  6. Add the spaghetti and spinach to the meatball mixture, stir through
  7. Serve with parmesan
