- 420g pre-prepared meatballs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 420g jar tomato and Basil Sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 350g dried spaghetti pasta
- 100g baby spinach leaves
- 40g parmesan, shaved
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti following packet instructions, drain
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat
- Cook the meatballs, shaking the pan occasionally to cook evenly, for 5 mins or until browned
- Add pasta sauce and water to pan, stir to combine and bring to a simmer
- Cook for 5 mins or until the meatballs are cooked through
- Add the spaghetti and spinach to the meatball mixture, stir through
- Serve with parmesan
