Apricot Loaf

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup All Bran cereal
  • 1 cup diced dried apricots
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tbspn of honey or golden syrup
  • 1 cup of SR flour

Instructions

  1. Combine bran, apricots and sugar.
  2. Warm milk in a saucepan, add honey and stir until combined.
  3. Add milk/honey mix to dry ingredients & stir well.
  4. Sift in SR flour, stir.
  5. Spoon into a greased & floured loaf tin and bake at 180 C for about 45-50 minutes.
