Egg Free – Mud Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups self raising flour
- cup sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 6 tablespoons canola oil (canola give you omega 3’s)
Instructions
- Mix together SR Flour, sugar, water and cocoa
- Add vinegar, salt, essence and oil
- Spoon into small cupcake pans, bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes

Woolworths homebrand cocoa is nut free (black, red and white box)
