Please leave a quick star rating.Easy cake/cupcake recipe is 3 cups SR Flour, 2/3 cup custard powder or cocoa (vanilla or chocolate), 2 cups caster sugar, pinch salt. Add 2 cups water, 2/3 cup veg oil, 1 tblspoon vanilla & 2 tablespoons lemon juice or white vinegar. Mix, spoon out & bake @ 180 20-30 mins depending on size. So easy, no mixmaster & really tasty.
