Egg Free Cupcake or cake recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups SR Flour
  • 2/3 cup custard powder or cocoa vanilla or chocolate
  • 2 cups caster sugar
  • pinch salt
  • Add 2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup veg oil
  • 1 tblspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or white vinegar

Method
 

  1. Mix, spoon out & bake in a 180C oven for 20-30 mins depending on size.

Notes

So easy, no mixmaster & really tasty.
