Egg Free Apricot Slice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup SR flour or gluten free
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk dairy or rice
  • 1 cup diced dried apricots

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Pour into a lined slice tin and bake till golden in mod oven
  3. Nice warm or with custard or ice cream for dessert

Yum! I can’t wait to try this slice. I just love the taste of apricots and this recipe will be great when I realise that I have run out of eggs but really want to do some baking! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

This and the Milo slice recipe are gold! Perfect for no fuss lunchbox treats. It doesn’t ge much easier than one bowl, no mixer, one measuring cup. I have sent to all my fellow farming housewife friends, aspiring to be organised! Thanks for posting!
