My lovely Miss 12 made this easy and tasty ice cream pie dessert late last year. It was such a delicious end to a warm summer evening. Get the kids in the kitchen and give this ice cream pie a try, they will have so much fun.
Take the icecream out of the freezer while completing the following steps. Line 9 muffin trays with paper cases.
Place Oreos into a food processor and blend.
Add butter to the crushed oreos.
Spoon oreo mixture evenly into cases, press mixture firmly into cases.
Spoon the ice cream into the cases.
This little blossom is always full of smiles when in the kitchen
Freeze until ready to serve. Remove pies from muffin tin and remove cases. Serve with sprinklings of chocolate flake.

I make my own icecream. Beat 600 ml cream and when thick add a tin condensed milk.
I add whatever I want according to the Occassion. Yesterday was passionfruit as they are so cheap at the moment.
Crushed old cold mints chocolate is lovely for an adult desert.
For this one I would ad crunchie bars or snickers.
Thanks for the great idea about the patty cases.
I’m jealous Gwenda, passionfruits are always so expensive here. Your recipe sounds delicious!
Wow, how easy!!! Thank you, I know what my kids can make to take to the Aussie Day BBQ we are heading to.
