Slow Cooker Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g beef meatballs
  • 3 cups beef stock
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 400g can diced tomatoes
  • 700g passata (tomato pasta sauce)

Instructions

  1. Place meatballs in slow cooker.
  2. Pour beef stock over meatballs.
  3. Layer the spaghetti on the meatballs, and cross over to prevent lumping.
  4. Pour diced tomatoes and passata over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
  6. Remove lid and stir to combine all ingredients. Continue cooking for a further 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with crusty bread.

Notes

Break spaghetti to fit into slow cooker if necessary.
