- 500g beef meatballs
- 3 cups beef stock
- 500g spaghetti
- 400g can diced tomatoes
- 700g passata (tomato pasta sauce)
Instructions
- Place meatballs in slow cooker.
- Pour beef stock over meatballs.
- Layer the spaghetti on the meatballs, and cross over to prevent lumping.
- Pour diced tomatoes and passata over the top.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
- Remove lid and stir to combine all ingredients. Continue cooking for a further 10 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread.
Notes
Break spaghetti to fit into slow cooker if necessary.
