- 2 cups spiral pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 500g lean beef mince
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 short-cut bacon rashers, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 420g can tomato soup
- 420g can creamed corn
- 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C, fan forced.
- Cook pasta following packet directions, drain and return to saucepan.
- In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook mince over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until browned.
- Add onion, bacon and garlic, stir through and continue to cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Pour in soup and corn, stir through and bring to the boil and then simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Add mince mixture to pasta, toss to stir through.
- Spoon pasta mixture into a 3L capacity baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake pasta bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden. Serve.
