Thermomix Mustard and Parsley Sauce

Ingredients

Scale
  • 50g butter
  • 15g plain flour
  • 500g milk
  • 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place butter, flour, milk and mustard into Thermomix jug, cook 7 minutes / 90C / speed 4.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Add in chopped parsley, mix 4 seconds / speed 2.
  4. Serve immediatley, with silverside.
