Creamy Tomato and Onion Dip

Ingredients

  • 220g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 110g mayonnaise
  • 110g sour cream
  • 65g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 drops tabasco sauce
  • 4 spring onions, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Place into thermomix bowl the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, tomatoes, salt, pepper and tabasco sauce, combine 10 sec / speed 6 scrape sides and repeat
  2. Add onions turbo / 2 times
  3. Keep in refridgerator for 5 days
