Creamy Tomato and Onion Dip

Ingredients

  • 220g cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 drops tabasco sauce
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Place into food processor bowl the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, tomatoes, salt, pepper and tabasco sauce, blitz for 10 seconds on medium high speed, scrape sides and repeat
  2. Stir through the onions and serve
  3. Keep in refridgerator for 5 days
