Come late afternoon I feel really peckish, 18 months ago I would have gone for a sugar hit, however now I much prefer a little savoury snack and I love having some dip in the fridge for just this reason. Plus it is also a great after school snack for the kids. This Tomato and Onion dip is creamy and has a great flavour with the addition of the onion and hit of tabasco, we really loved this one.
