Delicious White Christmas recipe

Do you need ideas for Christmas dessert? Enjoy this delicious White Christmas recipe!

White Christmas is an Australian tradition, however I hadn’t made it until last year.  My nan used to make it all the time, along with her rum balls but I didn’t have her recipe. I found this recipe amongst all my mum’s old recipes, and I must say that I am impressed with this light and fluffy and very delicious Christmas dessert. I had forgotten how delicious White Christmas really is  – and it looks so beautiful all set up on a serving dish too! It’s not overly sweet and I like the additional crunch of the roasted almonds. It also makes a great ‘bring a plate‘ alternative over the festive season.

If you’re considering making a delicious dessert this Christmas, here’s my version of White Christmas. Enjoy!
