My taste buds have really changed lately, I am enjoying more savoury foods than sweet. I’ve been enjoying making some dips and having them on hand in the fridge for the moments I am feeling a little peckish. But this one is perfect to serve at an upcoming Christmas gathering.
Serve with crackers & vegetable sticks.

Made this today too. It’s a huge amount!
Enough for a crowd!
Hi Katrina, jut wondering how long this would keep in the fridge and whether it is freezable?
Love your work!
Cheers,
Kara
Hi Kara, I have kept it in the fridge for about 5 -7 days. I have never frozen it only because i think it would separate once it was defrosted.
I just made this for the adults table at my three year old’s party this weekend – it’s fantastic! I used Parma ham instead of bacon and it worked a treat! Thank you for the recipe x
So glad you enjoyed it, it’s one of my favourites… who am I kidding I love any kinda dip!!
