I love to create delicious non-alcoholic drinks for our parties/gatherings. This Christmas Punch is so good, filled with delicious cold fruit, it’s a must have on your Christmas table. It’s really easy to prepare, so easy my Mr 11 made this for us! This is a 2L jug, Mr 11 made enough to fill the jug (as per recipe below), we drank it so fast that he had to made another!
Christmas Punch

Ingredients

- 500ml cranberry & raspberry juice, chilled
- 250ml Coles pineapple juice, chilled
- 250g Coles frozen mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons of mint leaves
- 1 ripe kiwifruit, peeled, sliced in half, then thinly sliced
- 500–750ml Coles lemonade, chilled
Instructions
- Pour cranberry and pineapple juice into a large jug
- Add in fruit and mint leaves
- Fill jug with lemonade, gently stir with large spoon to combine
- Serve

Do you think sparkling apple juice could be a good substitute for the lemonade? Would it be sweet enough?
I don’t like serving soft drinks to young children.
