{Christmas Food} Sticky Rice Bubble Slice

by Katrina - The Organised Housewife

Over the next few weeks I will share with you some of my Christmas Baking.  I have stocked up on the Christmas M&M’s to put in cookies, slices and so much more.   You can find bag’s of Christmas (green and red) M&M’s at Coles in the Christmas section.

I love this one because the original rice bubble slice one I had, included peanut butter which my son is allergic too. Would love to try this one, which must be a lot like those expensive pre-packaged bars on sale at the supermarkets. And the kids could help to make them too!

Katrina November 16, 2011 - 12:16 PM

Just be careful with the marshmallow mixture some dropped on me and burnt my finger 🙁 My kids loved it, was very sticky though.

Yum. We’ve been buying LCMs lately for Muffins lunchbox but somehow they found their way into my tummy. :$
