I also make these as apricot, cranberry balls – omit the cocoa and add chopped dried apricots and cranberries….
I wish everyone had the print set up for recipes as you do, thankyou. These balls are so colourful, great for a rainbow party.
I make similar ones but put milo in instead of the cocoa and only use the coconut to roll them in.

What are the Marie biscuits, I live in Scotland and we don’t have them do you know what our version would be or what type of biscuit it is so I can make these, they look lovely 🙂
They’re a sweet, but plain, biscuit. No strong flavour, mainly just crunch!
i like chocolate chip
