Method
- Slice Chicken breasts in half to create 2 schnitzels
- Flatten each piece with meat mallet
- Place plain flour, eggs and breadcrumbs into individual bowls
- Dip each piece of chicken into, plain flour (shake), egg (allow excess to drip off), then crumbs (press crumbs on).
- Place oil in fry pan, heat
- Brown snitzels on each side for 3-4 minutes, until cooked through
- Spread over each snitzel a spoonful of pasta sauce and dollop of avocado spread
- Then sprinkle with cheese
- Grill for 2-3 minutes or until browned
- Serve with vegetables
