They sound fab! I’ll be trying those with gluten free SR flour!

these are fantastic! My children and husband love them! Super easy and I also use pizza sauce and have them as pizza scrolls!

I always have the Lite Greek yoghurt in my fridge. Would this work just as well?

I had terrible problems with this! It was too sticky, too much flour, more yoghurt, too sticky! What a drama! My husband was amused though…
I gave up and will try again next weekend 🙂

ooh no Kym, try adding more flour. I made it the other day too and sometimes it needs more flour and sometimes not, think it depends on the brand of yoghurt. But adding more flour will make it more manageable.

Hi Abbie, it’s the base of the scrolls that 2 ingredients, flour and yoghurt, then you add whatever toppings you desire.

Would you be able to use normal yoghurt? Or cream instead of Greek yogurt?
