Cut from 3cm around the edge of the cob loaf, not touching the bottom, remove top and bread from centre, roughly tearing pieces, place on a baking tray.
Add onion and bacon into thermomix bowl, chop speed 7 / 6 seconds
Add oil, cook 5 minutes / 100 degrees / speed 2
Add cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, chives and salt and pepper, cook 100 degrees / speed 2 / 3 minutes
Pour mixture into hollow cob loaf, bake in oven for 20 minutes, or until bread is lightly toasted.
