Cheats Gourmet Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 steaks
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 rashers bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 sachet Gravox Pepper Sauce Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp cream

Instructions

  1. Grill or panfry steaks until cooked through
  2. While steaks are cooking, heat oil in a small saucepan
  3. Lightly saute bacon
  4. Combine sachet contents with milk and chives, add to pan
  5. Mix well
  6. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously
  7. Reduce heat & simmer for 2 mins, stirring occasionally
  8. Remove from heat & stir through cream
  9. Serve poured over steaks with a selection of vegetables
